Paris looks affected by last season’s demanding schedule, which left almost no time for rest. With serious fluctuations in performance and many injury issues, they appear unstable and overall below their true potential.
In the 5-3 home win over Tottenham, they showed incredible intensity, but in the following away match at Monaco they looked drained. However, they had the entire week to rest plus an extra recovery day from Enrique.
Rennes are in their best form since the start of the season. With four consecutive wins, they climbed to 5th place, just two points from the top four that grants a Champions League spot.

The only away match in which they failed to score this season was against Lorient, where they played with nine men from the 11th minute.
The match is in Paris’ hands, but Rennes can resist and if they manage to contribute to the score, the home win price rises from 1.39 to 2.58.
